We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds:
- To process a return or refund request, customers must provide clear photos showing any issues with the product.
- Returns are subject to approval and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any international shipping fees.
- Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, in many cases, we do not require items to be sent back. Instead, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
